# UltraTax CS E-File Not Transmitting or Rejected – Quick Fix

UltraTax CS e-file does not transmit, gets stuck, or is rejected. Symptoms includes:

- Stuck in transmission queue
- Rejected return
- Cannot retransmit

## Reasons:

- CS Connect errors
- Network interruption
- Incorrect client data
- IRS or state rejection

## Solutions:

### Step 1: Retransmit Return

- Open UltraTax CS
- Go to:
- CS Connect → Transmit Returns
- Retry transmission.

### Step 2: Check Diagnostics

- Go to:
- Review → Diagnostics
- Fix errors shown.
